If Bali is what you decide to start your cruise journey to Komodo Islands then you must ehad to Ngurah Rai International Airport or Denpasar International Airport in Bali. Then, it may take you around 20 minutes from the airport to reach Indonesia cruise operators in Sanur. You will be taken by a shuttle from Sanur to Amed or Padangbai. It takes around 2 hours to arrive at Komodo Island.

If you decide to leave from Labuan Bajo, Flores, you still have to head to Ngurah Rai International Airport. From Bali you can fly to Flores to begin your cruise.
